Корпоративна культура: ключ до успіху компанії

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі управління та корпоративної культури. Автор детально розглядає, як корпоративна культура впливає на впровадження змін у компанії, і хто насправді є її формувальником. Особливо вразила мене частина, де йдеться про те, як особисті якості управлінців можуть суттєво змінювати атмосферу в колективі. Книга наповнена практичними прикладами з міжнародного та вітчизняного досвіду, що робить її дуже корисною для тих, хто прагне змінити корпоративну культуру у своїй компанії. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, загальна якість тексту залишається на високому рівні, і я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться управлінськими практиками та прагне покращити свою організацію.
