Return and Refund Policy
The return policy of KnyhaGo.com.ua is regulated by the laws of Ukraine.
1. General Terms
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.172 (19.03.1994), printed products of proper quality cannot be returned.
2. In case of defective goods
- Exchange for the same item without defects;
- Exchange for a similar item with price adjustment;
- Discount on the defective item (mutual agreement);
- Full refund of payment.
Defective items include damage during delivery or printing defects (missing text, color loss, torn or misbound pages, etc.).
3. Claim Deadlines
- Printing defects – within 1 month from delivery;
- Transportation damage – before the item is handed over to the Buyer.
4. Return Procedure and Contacs
Claims should be sent to [email protected].
Processing time – up to 14 calendar days.
For customers in Kyiv: exchange via courier upon receipt of the defective item and receipt.
Outside Kyiv: return via post/courier service. Delivery costs are reimbursed to the customer’s account.
5. Refunds
Funds are returned by the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. A copy of passport and tax ID is required.
6. Restrictions
- Electronic content (digital, audio, e-books) is non-returnable;
- Items shipped outside Ukraine are non-returnable.
