1. Terms of Use of the Website
1.1. This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets forth the terms of user data protection on the website https://knyhago.com.ua/ (hereinafter – the "Website"), represented by the Website Administration, and any individual (including representatives of legal entities) (hereinafter – the "User"), and regulates the conditions under which the User provides information for posting on the Website.
1.2. A User of the Website is considered to be any individual who has accessed the Website and has reached the age required to accept this Agreement.
1.3. The User must fully familiarize themselves with this Agreement prior to registering on the Website. User registration on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Website must be immediately discontinued.
1.4. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Website Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are a public and freely accessible document.
1.5. The Agreement establishes mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Website Administration.
2. Rules for Using the Website
2.1. The Website allows the User to view and download information solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to modify materials from the Website or distribute them for public or commercial purposes.
2.2. By registering on the Website and placing orders, the User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and their contact details.
2.3. During registration, the User receives a login and password, for the security of which they bear personal responsibility.

3. User Personal Information

3.2. The Website Administration undertakes to collect only such personal information that the User provides voluntarily when such information is necessary to provide (or improve) services to the User.
3.3. The Website Administration collects both primary personal data such as first name, last name, patronymic, address, email, and secondary (technical) data – cookies, connection information, and system information.
3.4. The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if third parties access this data outside the technical communication systems controlled by the Website Administration. The Website Administration is not responsible for any damage caused by such access.

4. Prohibited on the Website
4.1. Calls for violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power; calls to alter administrative boundaries or Ukraine’s state border; violation of constitutional procedures; calls for riots, arson, property destruction, seizure of buildings, violent eviction of citizens; calls for aggression or military conflict.
4.2. Direct or indirect insults to anyone, including politicians, officials, journalists, or users, based on nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, or chauvinistic statements.
4.3. Obscene, pornographic, erotic, or sexual content.
4.4. Any offensive behavior toward authors of articles and other users.
4.5. Statements intended to provoke sharp reactions from other users.
4.6. Advertising, commercial messages, or messages unrelated to the Website content, unless special permission is granted by the Website Administration.
4.7. Any actions or messages prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine.
4.8. Pretending to be another person or representative of an organization/community without sufficient rights, including Website staff or owners, or misleading regarding properties or characteristics of any subjects or objects.
4.9. Posting materials which the User does not have legal rights to, or which violate patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
4.10. Posting unauthorized advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters; materials containing computer codes intended to disrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of computers or telecommunications equipment or programs, or for unauthorized access, including serial numbers, logins, passwords, and other means for unauthorized access to paid resources.
4.11. Deliberate or accidental violation of any local, national, or international legal regulations.
5. Limitation of Website Administration Liability
5.1. The Website Administration is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in materials on the Website. All necessary efforts are made to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5.2. Information is constantly updated and may become outdated. The Administration is not responsible for receiving outdated information or inability to access updated information.
5.3. The Administration is not responsible for opinions or comments left by visitors.
5.4. The Administration is not responsible for unlawful actions of the User toward third parties or vice versa.
5.5-5.6. The Administration is not responsible for User statements or for any damages or expenses arising from use or inability to use the Website.
5.7-5.8. The Administration is not responsible for User account access loss or inaccurate User information provided during account creation.
5.9-5.10. In case of problems using the Website, receiving false or offensive information, or any other unacceptable information, Users should contact the Administration. The Administration reserves the right to remove content and limit or block Users violating the Agreement.
6. Terms of the Agreement
6.1. This Agreement is a contract. The Administration reserves the right to modify or replace it. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
6.2. This Agreement comes into effect upon the User’s first visit and remains in effect during all use.
6.3. The Website is intellectual property of the Administration. All proprietary copyrights belong to the Administration. Use is allowed strictly within the Agreement and Ukrainian law.
6.4. All trademarks and names referenced are the property of their respective owners.
6.5. Users agree not to reproduce or copy any part of the Website without permission.
6.6. This Agreement is governed by Ukrainian law. Data protection: by registering or using services requiring personal data, Users consent to processing according to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection." Users may update, modify, or delete personal data at any time in "My Account."
