"Ідеальний командний гравець" Патріка Ленсиона – це справжній путівник для керівників та менеджерів, які хочуть зрозуміти, які якості роблять співробітників ідеальними командними гравцями. Автор детально описує комбінацію атрибутів, які допомагають не лише у бізнесі, але й у повсякденному житті. Я особисто знайшов багато корисних порад, які можна застосувати у своїй роботі. Книга написана зрозумілою мовою, а приклади з реального життя роблять її ще більш доступною. Хоча в деяких місцях переклад може бути не зовсім досконалим, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю тексту.
