Важливий крок до саморозуміння

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у розумінні стосунків з батьками. Автор майстерно пояснює, як наші дитячі переживання та взаємодії з батьками формують нашу особистість і впливають на наше доросле життя. Я дійсно відчув, як багато з того, що я вважаю своїми проблемами, корениться у відносинах з батьками. Книга пропонує практичні поради та вправи, які допомагають зрозуміти, як покращити ці стосунки і, як наслідок, покращити своє життя. Хоча в тексті є деякі недоліки через переклад, загальна суть і цінність інформації залишаються на високому рівні. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне зрозуміти себе краще та покращити свої стосунки з близькими!
