The collection of articles “Owner and Manager: Building an Effective Business,” published as part of the “Corporate Governance Practice” series, is intended to summarize the experience of Russian entrepreneurs and provide answers to corporate governance issues relevant to Russian entrepreneurs. On the pages of the publication, owners and top managers of Russian companies present their experience, expert practitioners answer questions important for owners and managers of medium and small companies.
