The training educational program is designed for trainers, instructors, trainers, teachers working in educational institutions with a sports orientation and developing kickboxing. And also to everyone who is interested in organizing an effective educational process. The program includes an explanatory note describing the reasons and problem situations that inevitably arise in the educational and training process. The features of working with different categories of citizens are shown. The normative part contains a detailed statement of the requirements of the state educational standard, the hourly load and the approximate distribution of educational content at all stages of active sports activity, as well as control transfer standards. The methodological part contains methodological instructions for organizing the educational and training process . It outlines theoretical and practical material that must be studied and mastered to achieve sports results. For each educational stage, recommendations have been written to improve the quality of the educational and training process.
