The additional educational program “SAMBO” is developed for students aged 10 – 17 years. The program is designed for 8-9 years of study and is intended for students, both those with and without special sports skills, who show interest in Sambo wrestling, and who have medical clearance. The need to develop this program arose in connection with changes taking place in the Russian education system in educational institutions. programs of sports schools in the system of additional education developing sambo as a sport. Having great popularity among students, sambo classes are one of the effective forms of educating the younger generation and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
