This text is an abridged version of the book Now I Eat Anything I Want! David Yan's nutrition system.”Intrigued by the idea of proper nutrition, David Yan, the founder of the most famous language service ABBYY, studied the materials of the World Health Organization, spoke with scientists from the Institute of Nutrition of the Russian Academy of Sciences and read dozens of articles. And I found that just four types of foods cause about 90% of nutritional problems. In the book, David explains why these familiar foods - fat, salt, sugar and flour products - are so dangerous and how to teach yourself not to want them. And most importantly - how to start enjoying any food without these four "bosom friends".You would like to lose a couple of pounds, but diets scare you. Or you are just lazy. Or you don’t even think that you can live without fried potatoes, meatballs and chips. Or just not enough willpower not to eat that delicious cake. And how can it be: suddenly, for no apparent reason, stop eating salt, sugar, bread and fat? David in response offers a simple thing. Imagine a person who has lived all his life in a deep cave. He has a settled life there, he is happy there. Happy because he does not know that there is another life. He has nothing to compare to. He does not suspect that there is a sun, grass, blue sky, wind in the world ... Only if this person gets to the surface, overcoming thousands of obstacles, and sees a new world for himself, tries it - only then will he be able to make an informed choice and say where he will be happy. You don't have to promise yourself to change forever. You don't have to say goodbye to your favorite food. You just have to try. And, having gained new experience, decide what will be the best solution for you.We remind you that this text is a summary of the book
