With this book, I begin a series of works dedicated to the popularization of Russian heroic art, which, in my opinion, is undeservedly forgotten today.In it, I will introduce you to my author's method of bending metal scrap of a hexagonal section with a diameter of 22 mm and 125 cm long to an angle of 45 degrees using a metal chain with a link diameter of 12 mm and a foot rest with the efforts of the latissimus dorsi muscles.And if after reading the final page you will certainly want to exclaim: “The heroes on the Russian land have not died out! ”, then the goal of my book is achieved!
