Ця книга "Божевільна медицина" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона пропонує унікальний погляд на медичні практики минулого, які, з одного боку, викликають усмішку, а з іншого - жах. Автор майстерно зібрав найцікавіші та найбільш курйозні випадки, які демонструють, як далеко готові були йти люди в пошуках лікування. Від абсурдних методів, таких як клізми з портвейном, до незвичайних ліків, які використовувалися в різних куточках світу, книга наповнена захоплюючими історіями, які змушують задуматися про еволюцію медицини.
