Управление персоналом — настольная книга

Эта книга действительно стала для меня настольным пособием в области управления персоналом. Я работаю в HR уже несколько лет, и многие моменты, описанные в книге, были для меня открытием. Особенно понравились разделы, посвященные психологии и поведению человека, которые помогают лучше понять мотивацию сотрудников. Автор подробно рассматривает весь процесс работы с персоналом — от подбора до увольнения, что очень полезно для практикующих специалистов. Однако, несмотря на множество положительных моментов, я заметила некоторые недостатки. Например, некоторые главы могли бы быть более детализированными, особенно в части карьерного роста. Тем не менее, книга отлично подходит для студентов и начинающих специалистов, а также для тех, кто хочет улучшить свои навыки в управлении персоналом. Рекомендую!
