Книга, которая меня удивила

Книга Ольги Косниковой "Страшная химия. Еда с Е-шками" стала для меня настоящим открытием. Я всегда был насторожен к пищевым добавкам и красителям, но после прочтения этой книги мои страхи развеялись. Автор доступно объясняет, что химия — это не всегда плохо, и многие добавки, которые мы считаем вредными, на самом деле безопасны и даже полезны. Особенно понравилось, как Косникова разбирает мифы о консервантов и стабилизаторах, приводя научные факты и исследования. Книга написана простым языком, что делает её доступной для широкой аудитории.
