Не вражає

Читаючи цю книгу, я сподівався на більше практичних порад та конкретних прикладів використання авторської методики. Проте, велика частина матеріалу здається теоретичною та важко застосовною у реальному житті. Деякі концепції можуть бути складними для сприйняття та використання без додаткового навчання. Хоча ідея книги цікава, виконання залишає бажати кращого. Можливо, вона буде корисна для фахівців у галузі психології, але для широкої аудиторії може бути складною у засвоєнні.
