Вражаюча іронія та глибокі роздуми про людство

Роман "Галапагоси" – це справжній шедевр, в якому Курт Воннегут демонструє свою майстерність у створенні персонажів і сюжетів, які змушують задуматися про суть людського існування. Його тонка іронія проникає в саму суть людських вад і недоліків, змушуючи читача сміятися і водночас відчувати гіркоту від реалій сучасного світу. Воннегут знову і знову ставить питання про те, що означає бути людиною, і як ми можемо вижити в умовах катастрофи, коли найгірші представники нашого виду залишаються на плаву.
