Я познакомилась с Элной в 1990 году, и каждую субботу, когда я приходила к ней в гости, меня встречала невероятная выпечка: пирожные, торты, булочки и даже рождественские печенья. Эти воспоминания о тепле и уюте стали основой для этой книги. Рецепты просты в исполнении, но при этом невероятно вкусные. Особенно понравились торты — они получаются нежными и воздушными.
