Ця книга є справжнім путівником для всіх, хто працює в сфері кадрового обліку та управління персоналом. Автор детально розглядає можливості програми 1С: Зарплата та управління персоналом 8.2, що дозволяє автоматизувати багато рутинних процесів, з якими стикаються кадрові служби. Якість перекладу, хоч і має деякі недоліки, не заважає зрозуміти основні ідеї та функції програми. Книга містить багато практичних порад і рекомендацій, які допоможуть оптимізувати роботу з персоналом на підприємстві. Я б рекомендував цю книгу не лише фахівцям, а й керівникам, які прагнуть впровадити ефективні системи обліку та управління.
