Вражаюче та корисне керівництво!

Книга "Спіймати брехуна" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі психології та комунікації. Автор майстерно поєднує наукові дослідження з практичними прикладами, що робить матеріал легким для сприйняття та застосування в повсякденному житті. Я дізнався багато цікавого про невербальні сигнали, які видають людей, коли вони брешуть, і тепер можу краще розуміти, що насправді відбувається в розмовах. Практичні завдання наприкінці кожного розділу допомогли мені закріпити нові знання і навички, що дозволяє мені не лише ловити брехунів, але й покращити свої комунікативні здібності. Єдине, що трохи засмутило, це деякі недоліки в перекладі, але це не заважає загальному враженню від книги. Рекомендую всім, хто хоче покращити свої навички у спілкуванні та навчитися розпізнавати брехню!
