The proposed textbook examines one of the most pressing problems of modern psychology - the problem of anxiety. The anthology contains texts from both foreign (Kierkegaard, Freud, Spielberger, Rank, Eysenck, Rycroft) and domestic authors, in whose works anxiety is subjected to general psychological analysis, various points of view and principles of approaches to its study are recorded, essential for a comprehensive understanding of this ambiguously explained mental phenomena.
