Эта брошюра — настоящая находка для трансгендерных молодых людей, которые ищут поддержку и понимание в нашем сложном мире. Она наполнена полезной информацией и вдохновляющими примерами, которые помогают осознать, что ты не одинок. В ней содержатся советы по заботе о себе, важности поиска поддержки и создании сообщества, что особенно актуально в условиях, когда многие сталкиваются с предвзятостью и непониманием. Плюсы книги — это её доступный язык и искренность, с которой автор обращается к читателю. Однако, возможно, некоторые моменты могли бы быть более детализированными, особенно в части практических рекомендаций. В целом, я считаю, что эта брошюра может стать важным шагом к принятию себя и созданию позитивных изменений в жизни каждого, кто её прочитает.
