Three Men on the Bummel aka Three Men on Wheels, 1900 - continuation of Three Men in a Boat and a Dog. This time Jay, George and Harris are traveling on bicycles in Germany. The first translation of the book was made by N. A. Zharintsova in 1900 from proofs sent by the author before the original was published in England. The title was replaced for the Russian translation with “Three on four wheels” at the direction of the author himself. With corrections and in modern spelling, this translation has been published in Russia since 1992 as “translation by M. Zharintsova” under the title “Three on four wheels.” p>
