The general director of Chistyulya-onal LLC, Gleb Neunyvnykh, volunteers to help. The democratically chosen new foothills, Leonid Borisovich Moshchin, enters into an agreement with the Neudynykhs and, for a small commission, begins to buy from the Neyynyvnykhs a means for clearing the streets from snow “rosochka”... “Rozochka” melts snow even at minus 30 degrees, but in addition it turns people’s feet into hooves, causes mutations in living organisms, eats rubber, asphalt and concrete. Professor Mints and a circle of young chemists come out to fight the “rosette”, as well as Moshchin and Neupyvnykh.
