This story is an attempt to show the detective system that existed in the USSR in the 70s of the last century. Despite some of the negativity inherent in that time, there were also many positives, in particular in the work of law enforcement agencies and intelligence services, what was lost and what is not enough in our troubled times. In that society, people with different destinies, characters and beliefs lived and worked. Each of them contributed to the strengthening or decomposition (and sometimes both) of this complex instrument of power. But, despite this, the detective system existed and worked very effectively. Until it was thoughtlessly destroyed in a drunken stupor of the 90s. The book is largely based on real events. Before you is the first part of a trilogy that the authors are working on.

Вражаюча подорож у минуле!

"Випадок у Кропоткінському провулку" — це не просто детектив, а глибоке дослідження системи розшуку в СРСР 70-х років, яке захоплює з перших сторінок. Автори майстерно відтворюють атмосферу того часу, показуючи різноманітність людських доль, характерів і переконань, які формували цю складну систему. Читач може відчути себе частиною подій, спостерігаючи за тим, як працює система, яка, незважаючи на свої недоліки, була надзвичайно ефективною. Відзначаючи реальні події, книга відкриває завісу над багатьма аспектами життя в СРСР, які залишаються актуальними і сьогодні. Я з нетерпінням чекаю продовження трилогії, адже ця історія вразила мене своєю глибиною та правдоподібністю. Рекомендую всім, хто цікавиться історією та соціальною динамікою!
