Many of our compatriots today are flowing under the gracious protection of the Orthodox Church. From this life-giving source, Holy Orthodoxy, the Russian people have always drawn strength to overcome turmoil and disorder. People of all ages - from infants to pensioners - receive Holy Baptism in our churches. But often this happens formally, without realizing the importance and significance of this saving Sacrament.
