Book All about women
The play “All About Women” by Croatian playwright Miro Gavran talks about the complexities of relationships between heroines of different ages and social roles. The play has parallel developing storylines. The same actresses are featured in each story. These include relationships between mothers and daughters, little girls in kindergarten, work friends, and women who preferred relationships with each other to relationships with men. The play ends with a scene of three old women in a nursing home, who, like the other heroines, are overwhelmed by the same passions.
