Almost all the stories given here are the fruit of the enviable imagination of their authors. Do not try to learn Russian from this book either. The consequences can be dire. Almost all stories retain the author's spelling, which is sometimes very far from generally accepted rules. And lastly, in case anyone was misled by the cover: the theme of hedgehogs’ sexual love is not explored in the collection. Don't blame me.

P.S. Regarding the pictures. I also love picture books, but I’m too lazy to add them yet. Besides, pictures, no matter how you look at them, are a surrogate that wean us off the unclouded flight of fancy.
