Незамінний посібник для сучасних керівників!

Книга "Співпраця" з серії Harvard Business Review - це справжній скарб для всіх, хто прагне покращити взаємодію в своїй компанії. Автори надають чіткі, практичні рекомендації, які допоможуть створити атмосферу співробітництва та взаєморозуміння між різними підрозділами. Особливо вражає акцент на важливості ролі керівництва у формуванні цієї атмосфери. Читання цієї книги відкриває нові горизонти для розуміння бізнес-процесів і дозволяє уникнути багатьох підводних каменів, з якими стикаються організації.
