Book Dumbwaiter
Harold Pinter - English playwright, poet, director, actor, public figure; winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature 2005. One of the most influential British playwrights of his time. Two gangsters, Gus and Ben, are locked in a room. Their actions depend on the instructions they receive from somewhere above via the dumbwaiter. Realizing that they need to somehow pass the time while waiting for new instructions, but pretending that this circumstance does not upset them at all, Ben and Gus find themselves locked in a limiting rather than a Beckettian endless scheme of events.
