Важлива книга для жінок, які шукають вихід з токсичних стосунків

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона адресована жінкам, які опинилися в ситуаціях, де їхні почуття і самооцінка постійно піддаються сумніву. Я знайшла в цій книзі багато корисних порад і практичних рекомендацій, які допомогли мені зрозуміти, як розпізнати маніпуляції та захистити себе. Хоча в тексті є нецензурна лайка, вона використовується в контексті і підкреслює емоційний стан жінок, які переживають подібні ситуації.
