Вражаюче дослідження теми вбивств у Стародавньому Римі

Книга Емми Саутон "Прийшов, побачив та вбив" є неймовірно захоплюючим та пізнавальним твором, який занурює читача в темряву та химерність римської історії. Автор майстерно поєднує факти та анекдоти, розкриваючи не лише самі вбивства, але й соціальні, політичні та культурні аспекти, які впливали на цю жорстоку практику. Кожен розділ пропонує нову перспективу на вбивства, які, здавалося б, були лише актами насильства, але насправді відображають складну природу римського суспільства.
