Lords of the Blackwood is the second novel in the Blackwood Chronicle fantasy series. The young warrior Steve unites the warring human tribes thanks to his powerful will and superhuman abilities. Unification, tough, even cruel, at the cost of suffering, blood and death, is the only chance for people to defend the right to exist in a bloody confrontation with powerful and ruthless aliens from behind the mountains. Even the gnomes enter into a temporary alliance with the inhabitants of the valley, once the worst enemies, in order to defeat the enemy hordes together, preventing their invasion of the valley, disastrous not only for people, but also for the mountain gnomes.
