Відкриття нових граней своєї особистості

Книга «Еннеаграма. Тип 1. Перфекціоніст» стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі самопізнання. Автор глибоко аналізує характерні риси типу 1, розкриваючи не лише сильні сторони, але й ті внутрішні конфлікти, з якими стикаються перфекціоністи. Я дізнався про свої мотиви, страхи та прагнення, що допомогло мені краще зрозуміти себе та свої реакції на різні життєві ситуації. Опис сумісності з іншими типами особистості відкрив нові перспективи у моїх стосунках з близькими. Хоча переклад тексту місцями залишає бажати кращого, загальна якість викладу та змісту компенсує ці недоліки. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне глибше зрозуміти себе та своїх близьких, адже знання про енеаграму може стати потужним інструментом для особистісного розвитку.
