Автор детально розглядає роль власника продукту, підкреслюючи важливість його участі в команді та взаємодії з усіма членами Scrum. Особливо вразили практичні поради щодо подолання типових складнощів, з якими стикаються власники продуктів. Пихлер не лише ділиться теорією, але й наводить реальні приклади, що робить матеріал легким для сприйняття та застосування на практиці.
