Неймовірна книга для батьків, які піклуються про зір своїх дітей!

Ця книга, написана професором Олегом Панковим, є справжнім подарунком для батьків, які хочуть допомогти своїм дітям покращити зір. Вправи, ігри та тренінги, представлені в книзі, адаптовані для дітей різного віку, що робить їх доступними та зрозумілими. Я особисто спробував деякі з цих вправ зі своїми дітьми, і результати були вражаючими! Вже через кілька тижнів регулярних тренувань ми помітили покращення в їхньому зорі. Крім того, книга написана простою мовою, що робить її легкою для сприйняття. Єдине, що трохи засмучує, це деякі моменти перекладу, але це не заважає загальному враженню. Рекомендую цю книгу всім батькам, які хочуть дати своїм дітям можливість бачити світ яскравіше!
