Незамінний посібник для педагогів!

Книга "Енергія паузи" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі освіти. Вона пропонує безліч корисних психологічних ігор та вправ, які допомагають організувати перерви в навчальному процесі так, щоб вони дійсно сприяли відновленню сил учнів. Автори детально описують різноманітні техніки, які дозволяють зняти стрес, перемикнути увагу та створити доброзичливу атмосферу в групі. Я особисто випробував кілька вправ на своїх уроках, і результати вразили: учні стали більш зосередженими та активними. Хоча в тексті іноді зустрічаються недоліки перекладу, загальна якість матеріалу і його практична цінність повністю компенсують ці моменти.
