Надзвичайно корисна книга для тих, хто хоче позбутися страхів!

Ця книга Ліссі Муси дійсно заслуговує на увагу, оскільки вона пропонує прості та зрозумілі методи для роботи зі страхами, тривогами та панічними атаками. Я була вражена, як легко автор пояснює складні психологічні концепції, роблячи їх доступними для кожного. Технології, представлені в книзі, дійсно працюють, і я змогла застосувати їх у своєму житті, що допомогло мені позбутися деяких давніх страхів, які заважали мені жити повноцінно. Хоча переклад тексту не завжди ідеальний, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю та розумінню матеріалу.
