Книга "Перші 90 днів" Майкла Уоткінса - це справжня знахідка для всіх, хто тільки починає свою кар'єру на новій посаді. Автор детально розкриває стратегії, які допоможуть не лише адаптуватися до нових умов, але й закласти міцний фундамент для подальшого успіху. Я був вражений тим, як чітко та структуровано викладено матеріал: кожен розділ містить практичні поради, які легко застосувати на практиці. Від аналізу команди до встановлення пріоритетів - книга охоплює всі аспекти, які можуть вплинути на перші три місяці на новій посаді. Хоча є деякі недоліки в перекладі, загалом текст залишається зрозумілим і легким для сприйняття.
