This brief work presents the essence of the views of Sun Tzu, the one who lived, thought and acted two and a half thousand years ago, and whose name has long been associated exclusively with the field of military affairs. In fact, the value of Sun Tzu's theoretical developments and practical recommendations goes far beyond the limits of highly specialized installations designed to prepare, organize and conduct military operations. Today, Sun Tzu's ideas are effectively applied in politics and diplomacy, in business and in sports, that is, wherever there is competition and where strategic, operational, tactical decisions are required, moreover, unmistakably accurate.
