Важлива книга для саморозуміння та зростання!

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона глибоко досліджує тему Внутрішньої Дитини і те, як наші дитячі переживання формують наше доросле життя. Автор майстерно поєднує психологічні методики з власними спогадами, що робить текст дуже особистим і зрозумілим. Я отримав безліч корисних інструментів для роботи над собою, які допомогли мені усвідомити свої емоції та зв'язок з минулим. Хоча переклад не завжди ідеальний, це не заважає сприйняттю основних ідей.
