In April, 2015 the First Балабановские reading organized by a magazine "Session" and by the movie company of СТВ passed in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. The key lectures of conference, in that киноведы and культурологи took part from Russia, USA and Spain, are published in the real collection. Вражаюча збірка, що відкриває нові горизонти розуміння творчості Балабанова!

Ця книга стала справжнім відкриттям для мене, адже вона не лише зібрала в собі ключові доповіді конференції, але й дозволила заглибитися у феномен Балабанова з різних перспектив. Доповіді відомих кінознавців і культурологів з Росії, США та Іспанії створюють багатошарову картину, що дозволяє зрозуміти, чому творчість цього режисера так вплинула на сучасне кіно. Особливо вразили фрагменти щоденникових записів самого Балабанова, які додають особистісного виміру до його творчості. Хоча переклад тексту за допомогою штучного інтелекту має свої недоліки, загалом він не заважає сприйняттю матеріалу. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться кіномистецтвом та хоче глибше зрозуміти культурний контекст творів Балабанова!
