Книга "НЛП-практик" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Олександр вдало систематизував матеріал, що робить його доступним для розуміння навіть для новачків у цій сфері. Я отримав безліч корисних інструментів для вдосконалення своїх комунікативних навичок, а також для особистісного зростання. Покрокові інструкції та реальні приклади з життя допомогли мені не лише зрозуміти теорію, але й застосувати її на практиці. Хоча я помітив деякі недоліки в перекладі, це не завадило мені насолоджуватися змістом книги. Рекомендую всім, хто хоче покращити свої навички спілкування та розвинути себе як особистість!
