Незамінний ресурс для сучасного менеджера!

Олександр Фридман пропонує чіткі та практичні рекомендації, які допомагають структурувати управлінські навички та знання, що вже накопичені. Його підхід до управління, який враховує національні особливості, робить цю книгу особливо цінною для тих, хто працює в російському бізнес-середовищі. Я був вражений, наскільки легко можна застосувати запропоновані методи у повсякденній практиці. Книга не містить зайвої інформації, а лише те, що дійсно працює. Єдине, що трохи відволікає, це недосконалості в перекладі, але вони не заважають загальному сприйняттю тексту.
