Глибоке розуміння себе та своїх почуттів

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям! Вона глибоко занурюється в питання любові, самоприйняття та взаєморозуміння у стосунках. Автор майстерно розкриває складнощі, з якими стикаються багато людей у своїх стосунках, і пропонує практичні поради, як навчитися розуміти себе та свої бажання. Я зрозумів, що перш ніж любити інших, потрібно навчитися любити себе. Книга написана в формі відвертого діалогу, що робить її ще більш доступною та зрозумілою. Хоча іноді переклад може бути не зовсім точним, це не заважає основній ідеї книги досягти серця читача. Рекомендую всім, хто прагне покращити свої стосунки та зрозуміти себе краще!
