Тайм-менеджмент для молодых мам

Эта книга действительно стала для меня настольным пособием в период, когда я только стала мамой. Автор делится своим опытом и предлагает практические советы, которые помогают организовать день так, чтобы успевать не только выполнять обязанности, но и находить время для себя. Особенно понравились разделы о планировании и расстановке приоритетов, которые очень актуальны для молодых мам. Однако, несмотря на множество полезных рекомендаций, некоторые советы показались мне несколько идеализированными и не всегда применимыми в реальной жизни. Например, не всегда удается выделить время на отдых, когда малыш требует постоянного внимания. Тем не менее, книга вдохновляет и мотивирует, и я бы порекомендовала её всем молодым мамам, которые ищут способы улучшить свою жизнь с ребенком.
