Книга "Харизма. Мистецтво успішного спілкування" стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Аллан і Барбара Пиз, як завжди, вражають своїм глибоким розумінням психології спілкування та вмінням донести складні концепції до читача. Вони чітко формулюють основні правила ефективної комунікації, які можуть бути корисними як у професійному, так і в особистому житті. Я особливо оцінив практичні поради щодо вербальної та невербальної техніки ведення переговорів, які легко впровадити в повсякденне життя. Книга наповнена прикладами, які допомагають зрозуміти, як застосовувати ці стратегії на практиці.
