The textbook is devoted to an important section of system analysis in the economy - the modeling of investment processes. Investment activity has a number of significant features that require the use of economic and mathematical models and methods that differ from models and methods for the economic activity of already functioning objects. In particular, investments imply a fairly large lag between initial costs and final results, which requires that the time factor be taken into account in the models.Secondly, partners of different interests participate in investment processes with dissimilar, albeit with not conflicting interests. Such a combination of interests complicates the very system of the investment process and the relationship of its participants. Thirdly, investment processes are subject to a high degree of uncertainty and risk, which must be taken into account in modeling.The textbook is intended for mastering the discipline "System Analysis in Economics" (bachelor's degree) in the aspect of analyzing complex heterogeneous systems under uncertainty and risk.Publisher's layout saved in a4.pdf format.
