"Автобіографія" - це не просто мемуари, а справжня подорож у життя однієї з найвідоміших письменниць світу. Читання цієї книги стало для мене відкриттям, адже я дізнався про різноманітні етапи її життя, які формували її як особистість і письменницю. Від її мрій стати оперною співачкою до роботи сестрою милосердя під час Першої світової війни - кожен розділ наповнений захоплюючими історіями та незабутніми моментами. Особливо вразили її пригоди під час археологічних розкопок в Єгипті та перші польоти на аероплані. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися її розповідями.
