Book An actor's work on himself (compilation)
The Stanislavsky System is based on the theory of stage art, a unique method of acting technique developed by K.S. Stanislavsky from 1900 to 1910, whose goal is to achieve complete psychological authenticity of acting. The system was fully described in the work of K.S. Stanislavsky "The work of an actor on himself", which was published in 1938. The book consists of two parts - part I: work on oneself in the creative process of experiencing: a diary of a student and part II: work on oneself in the creative process of incarnation.
The book’s text has been translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence system. In most cases, the translation is accurate and clear, but occasionally there may be incorrect phrasing or individual words left untranslated.
