Идрис Шах, Great sheik of sufis, writer and scientist, was born in Симле (India) of June, 16, 1924, in prominent Hashemite family, whose genealogy and titles ascend to the prophet of Мухаммаду, that it is confirmed and witnessed by the doctors of islam right in 1970. A check is an author of twenty books translated into twelve languages and produced more than in forty five editions all over the world. Thematic material of these books embraces trips, bibliography, literature, humour, philosophy and history, but their author is most known for the works in area of sufi idea, in a form, applicable to the cultures of both East and the West. Lighting up the complete spectrum of his activity is impossible: he was the adviser of row of monarchs and heads of the states, member-founder of the Roman club, director on science of Institute of cultural researches, by the member of rule of Royal humanitarian society Royal hospital and At home incurably sick, actively participated in a number of the programs of humanitarian and scientific direction.
