З одного боку, авторка розкриває шокуючі факти про те, як великі корпорації та олігархи використовують ВООЗ для своїх користей, збагачуючись на хворобах та паніці. Описані сценарії здаються дуже реалістичними та захоплюючими. Однак, з іншого боку, бракує об'єктивності та доказової бази в деяких моментах, що може породжувати сумніви у читачів. Крім того, тематика книги може бути дуже контроверсійною та спричиняти суперечки серед читачів.
